Being in this industry and working with a lot of contractors, Jamie and his crew were professional, reliable, offered competitive pricing, with a high quality craftsmanship. They were honest, did not try to price gouge and were able to resolve any unforeseen problems quickly and cost effectively. They even fixed the previous contractors deficiencies. We are very pleased with all the completed work, including outdoor vinyl siding, installation of insulation, vapor barrier and drywall (including mudding, sanding and painting), and installation of the pine plank ceiling. We recently used Hunts Contracting to add an addition to our cottage. They also replaced the entire exterior of the cottage including a steel roof, siding, Novikstone and Novikshake, and a 12x12 front porch. Steve was a pleasure to work with he responded promptly to all my messages and any questions or concerns I had. Most of the work was completed while we were not there. Steve always kept me updated with progress and sent me progress photos along the way. His crew was professional and pleasant to be around. I was a bit undecided as the project progressed and changed my mind several times and added more jobs to his forever growing list.
